SOUL CHALLENGE IS BACK for another year!  Starting late August we'll be bringing 5 weeks of challenging workouts to strengthen and unite SOLiD MEN everywhere!  Sign up is free, the only costs is your effort to get out there and challenge yourself to live the uncomfortable and courageous life of following Jesus!

 

FAQ's

How does it work?

SOUL Challenge will run over 5 weeks starting August 29th.  Each week a specific workout will be shared at all SOLiD locations and online straight afterwards.  All locations complete the same workout and everyone submits their results online after completion

What does it cost?

This is SOLiD MEN - All sessions are free including this challenge

What if I can't make it to the workout?

No problem, you can complete the workouts later on in your own time.  Anyone can participate but we would encourage you to complete the workouts with other people

Can I do the workouts more than once?

Absolutely!  You can also resubmit your result if you do better on the second or third attempt.  The results will update with your best result (fastest time or highest reps)

What if I can't do some of the exercises?

We still want you to participate this is You v You!  You can modify any workout based on fitness level or injury.  

For the overall leaderboards modified workouts will add 10% to timed workouts or minus 10% for rep based workouts.

I don't attend SOLiD at the moment, can I still participate?

Of course and please still register and submit your results with us

Can I sign up my local club, church, team or workplace?

For sure!  When registering you can select your SOLiD location but if you'd like a unique team setup just email contact@solidmen.com.au and we'll sort it out
